Located in North/Central West Virginia, Rine's Equines is based on 23 acres that bring together hands-on horse care, training, professional equine services, and continued learning. Our facility is home to our horses and serves as the foundation for our work in equine bodywork, barn management, performance development, and owner education.
We currently offer select on-site appointments, with a primary focus on virtual coaching and mobile services at clients’ own farms and facilities. Limited boarding and training opportunities may become available in the future.
Our facility includes a 20-stall barn, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, wooded areas for trail training, three grass fields, a dry lot, and a small pond. These spaces support the daily care and development of our horses while providing a setting for select professional appointments.
The barn is the heart of our daily horse-care routines, featuring 20 stalls, two 10-by-20-foot stalls and eighteen 10-by-10-foot stalls, along with an indoor arena, feed room, bathroom, wash bay, and climate-controlled tack room. It serves as the operational center of Rine’s Equines, where we coordinate feeding and care schedules, maintain records, plan supplies, and manage facility upkeep.
Our hands-on experience managing the facility shapes the practical barn-management support and organization tools we develop for other horse owners and facilities.
Our indoor and outdoor arenas provide dedicated spaces for training, conditioning, and developing our horses. These spaces support our stallion prospect and two broodmare prospects as they gain experience and work toward proving themselves in the show and working rings. They also serve as valuable areas for working with horses in our in-house rehabilitation program.
Our wooded trails offer opportunities for training and conditioning, while three grass fields, a dry lot, and a small pond round out the property. Together, these spaces support our horses’ daily routines and the continued development of the Rine’s Equines program.
The property’s varied terrain allows us to introduce our horses to different surfaces and surroundings, making variety an intentional part of their training and daily lives. Our goal is to help them build confidence, develop body awareness, and become better prepared for work and experiences beyond their home environment.
